1. Generative AI Capabilities

HireStack utilizes advanced generative AI models (Large Language Models) to analyze job descriptions and optimize your CV content. While our system is designed to highlight relevant skills and rewrite bullet points for maximum ATS (Applicant Tracking System) compatibility, the AI does not inherently "know" your true background beyond what you provide.

2. AI Hallucinations and Inaccuracies

Artificial Intelligence can produce errors, known as "hallucinations."

The AI might generate text that sounds plausible but is factually incorrect, or it might infer skills you do not possess based on the job description. It is your sole responsibility to thoroughly review the final generated CV to ensure all statements are entirely truthful and accurately represent your real experience.

3. Human Review is Mandatory

HireStack is an assistant, not an autonomous agent. You must act as the final editor. Submitting a CV generated by our platform without personal review and verification is strongly discouraged and may result in professional consequences during background checks by employers.

4. No Guarantee of Employment

While our AI models are tuned to improve ATS parsing scores and highlight relevant terminology, we make absolutely no guarantees, explicit or implied, that using our service will result in an interview, a job offer, or any career advancement. The hiring process is subjective and depends on numerous factors outside our control.
