1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HireStack, a software-as-a-service platform operated by Amin Mohamed ("we", "us", or "our"). HireStack is accessible at hirestack.site. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use HireStack.

2. Service Description

HireStack is an AI-powered software platform providing career intelligence, job analysis, application optimization, profile management, and document generation tools. The service provides:

  • Job description analysis and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) keyword extraction
  • AI-assisted resume and CV rewriting and optimization
  • Resume/CV building using structured templates (Classic, ATS Modern, Global US)
  • Skill gap identification and job-description matching
  • CV export and download in PDF and DOCX formats
  • Career intelligence tools including Semantic Match, Recruiter Simulator, and Company Intelligence (available on select plans)

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use HireStack. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Plans, Pricing, and Credits

HireStack offers the following plans:

  • Free: 3 credits per rolling 24-hour period, limited to the Classic template. No payment required.
  • Entry ($6.99 USD): 70 credits for a 30-day access period. Includes Classic and ATS Modern templates, My Info profile builder, and Auto-populate features.
  • Growth ($11.99 USD): 150 credits for a 30-day access period. Includes all Entry features plus Career Brain, profile history, and the Global US template.
  • Hire ($24.99 USD): 350 credits for a 30-day access period. Includes all Growth features plus Semantic Match, Recruiter Simulator, Company Intelligence, AI Intelligence Engine, and Version History.

One-time purchases: Paid plans are purchased as one-time payments for a fixed 30-day access period. They do not automatically renew. No recurring charges are created. After the 30-day period expires, your account reverts to the Free plan. To continue with paid access, you must make a new purchase.

Credits: Each operation in HireStack (analysis, CV generation, download, etc.) consumes a specific number of credits. Credit costs vary by operation and are displayed in the application and on the pricing page. Credits are allocated per plan and do not carry over to new purchases. When you purchase a new plan, your credit balance is reset to the new plan's allocation.

Daily safety caps: In addition to credits, each plan has daily token and request limits designed to prevent abuse and distribute usage fairly. These reset every 24 hours.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through the secure payment services made available at checkout. Applicable payment processing partners handle payment collection, tax calculations, invoicing, and compliance. HireStack does not store or have access to your complete payment card details. By purchasing a plan, you agree to the applicable payment terms presented at checkout. Prices are displayed in USD. Applicable local taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) are calculated and displayed during checkout based on your location.

6. Refunds

Due to the immediate digital nature of the service (credits and features are activated immediately upon purchase), all sales are generally considered final. Refunds may be granted at our discretion in cases of duplicate charges, system errors, or severe service disruptions. For full details, please see our Refund Policy. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

7. AI-Generated Content

HireStack uses artificial intelligence to analyze job descriptions, suggest improvements, and generate resume content. AI-generated output is provided as a starting point and suggestion only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before including it in your resume or using it in any application. HireStack does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.

8. No Employment Guarantee

HireStack is a career intelligence and application optimization platform. We do not guarantee that using our service will result in job interviews, employment offers, specific ATS scores, or any particular hiring outcome. Resume effectiveness depends on many factors outside our control, including job market conditions, employer requirements, and individual qualifications.

9. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of all information you provide through HireStack. You agree not to:

  • Use the service to create fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive resumes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
  • Circumvent security measures, rate limits, or credit systems
  • Use the service for spam, harassment, or any illegal purpose
  • Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
  • Resell or redistribute service output in bulk

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, branding, and functionality of HireStack are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the personal data and content you input (your resume details, experience, skills, etc.). AI-generated suggestions and improvements become part of your resume once you accept and incorporate them.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain consistent availability of HireStack but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HireStack and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The information provided is for career development assistance only and does not constitute professional, legal, or employment advice.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Any remaining credits or access period will be forfeited, except where prohibited by applicable law. You may delete your account at any time through the account deletion page.

15. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the application or by email. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
