1. How to Request Deletion

If you wish to permanently delete your HireStack account and all associated data, please contact us at support@hirestack.site from the email address associated with your account. Please use the subject line [ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST].

Alternatively, if an automated deletion mechanism is available in your account settings dashboard, you may initiate the deletion process directly from there.

2. What Happens to Your Data?

Upon processing your deletion request:

• Your user profile, authentication credentials, and saved CVs/resumes will be permanently removed from our active database.
• Any active paid-access period will end immediately without a partial refund.
• You will lose all remaining credits or tokens.

3. Data Retention and Backups

While your data is immediately removed from our active systems, encrypted fragments of your information may remain in our secure server backups for up to 30 days. After this period, the backups are securely overwritten, and your data is irrecoverable. We may also retain certain minimal transaction records required for tax or legal compliance purposes as mandated by law.
